I finally had the opportunity to try this Raising Canes location but I came at 1am. Who would've thought they'll still be busy like they usually are during rush hour. The drive thru line was out to the street so I decided to order inside. I was lucky enough to find good parking. It was mostly teenagers here after 1am just chilling in the area I guess. The line to order wasn't too bad, just like 3 people in front of me. I got the box combo with no drinks and asked for extra fries instead of the coleslaw. My suggestion for them is to use one of their TV to show who's order is ready. It was just a worker right now saying the customer name quietly where the pickup area was at. I believe they have a PA system but its only for people who are waiting outside who can hear it. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. They didn't give ketchup in the bag so I had to wait for the same girl to come back to ask for it. The food I thought was decent with the 4 tenders and fries. You cannot eat it the next day so try your best to finish it the same day.

This new location in Northridge is that much busier as this is the only one in the valley. Expect long takeout drive thru lines and the interior to be a max capacity for the time being. So unlike Chick-fil-A, this franchise is open on Sundays. So if you hate the crowds, Sunday is no bueno. I will say the chicken fingers are excellent. The fries are underwhelming. Like the Texas toast and the coleslaw is bright and tangy. On a hot day the lemonade is pretty comforting. I just ordered the kids meal as it pretty much fills me up. Get the combo box if you are feeling particularly gluttonous.

I just had the chicken fingers for the first time and they’re amazing. It was worth waiting in the drive-through line for they are juicy their flavorful and the drive-through personnel told me that the restaurant originated in Louisiana so that explains why the flavors. Amazing. The raising Cane sauce that you dip the chicken in was amazing as well. I will definitely be back.

First up, the impression is that service may take too long just looking at the amount of cars in the drive thru lane. There was a security officer directing customers to either the correct drive thru lane or parking for dine in. We chose to dine in and we're pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of service. We ordered in under 5 mins and had our food in about the next 10 mins. Staff was very well versed with their offering and were courteous and very well groomed. The food is straight up great of you want really great chicken tenders.

This place left me disappointed. All the tik tok videos and all the hype was just for show. The inside eating area was filthy, tables and chairs not clean at all, even the soda area was sticky and full of ice. The trash cans were filled to the brim. Now the food, as one person mentioned it indeed tastes like boiled chicken. Both the fries and the chicken had NO seasoning you literally have to drench that with sauce just to get some flavor. Tiny little cups of sauce are of course extra. The only good thing is the bread, I think that’s where all the money goes to because it’s clearly not the chicken. Also the soda machine seemed like it had no syrup because the sprite tastes like pure carbonated water. Overall I wish I had went to Dave’s instead because it actually tastes good. Would not recommend going here for fried chicken.

The line is super slow for fast food and having a small menu. The chicken is alright but the tenders are pretty small for what you’re paying. $32 for a 6 piece and a 4 piece. What is the world coming to with these prices 😫 I’m not 100% a fan of their sauce but the chicken without it is pretty blah. This place is a little over rated with better chicken options around the valley.

This is our 6th visit since their grand opening. Food is SPECTACULAR. Legit delicious. Portions are well served and you will most likely not leave hungry. The kid’s menu is fantastic. The bag & stickers keeps the kiddos entertained. Prices are very fair and and the place is always busy. The only reason they don’t get the 5 stars is their megaphone. The decibel level when they call out names once your order is ready is waaay too loud. They need to bring it down 1 or 2 levels so that it doesn’t pierce the core of your central nervous system every time they call out names. 4.5 out of 5 stars and we will definitely be back yet again.
